⎯ TL;DR
  • The problem: you bought Pro, opened the app — 5 modules, 30+ settings, no idea where to start.
  • The fix: a 1-hour Zoom with an engineer. We look at it together, configure, and launch a pilot.
  • Free for Pro and Agency tiers. Book via @tgon_support_bot.
  • In the hour we cover: install check → connect Telegram accounts → parse audience → draft copy → launch 20-50 test messages → review replies.
  • You leave with: a working setup + a grasp of what does what + the first 30 minutes of real data.
  • If we don't finish in time — we continue free (rarely needed, 1 hour is usually enough).

Most SaaS products handle onboarding via auto-webinars or email drips pointing to docs. We do it differently: when you buy Pro, you get a free 1-hour Zoom call with an engineer from the core team. Not a sales rep, not a junior, not a bot — an actual engineer who wrote the software.

01 · Why

Why onboarding matters

TG:ON is a working tool, not a toy. 5 modules × 30+ settings means immediate overwhelm in the first 10 minutes. A typical scenario without onboarding:

Onboarding removes these pain points in 1 hour. We've walked this path with 500+ clients and know exactly where people trip.

03 · Who runs it

Engineers from the core team

Onboarding is run by the same engineers who handle support: Maxim (frontend / UX questions), Ilya (Mass Sender, anti-ban), Artem (AI modules). Not sales reps. Not juniors. People who wrote the product's code and know it by heart.

"If on the call you ask 'why does FLOOD_WAIT happen here' — the person replying is the one who wrote the retry logic. Not reading docs — knows it."

The engineer roster rotates weekly — each has their on-call week. We match your use-case to the engineer who best knows the relevant module.

04 · Anti-fit

When onboarding is NOT needed

If you've been running Telegram campaigns on other tools for 6+ months — this isn't onboarding, it's a migration session (separate format). Same 1 hour, but the focus is porting your existing workflow into TG:ON without losing parameters. Also free for Pro/Agency — say "migration" in chat, we'll book you a relevant slot.

05 · How to book

3 steps from paying to the call

  1. Pay for Pro or Agency — onboarding auto-appears in your account.
  2. Message @tgon_support_bot: "I want onboarding." We send a Calendly link.
  3. Pick a slot — usually 2-3 open in the next 2-3 business days.

Your side requirements: a working computer with Zoom (no OS restrictions), a second screen (one monitor is awkward — hard to watch and click at the same time), 1-2 purchased Telegram accounts (for the test launch). If you don't have accounts — we'll tell you where to buy vetted ones, ~15 minutes.

Usually 1 hour is enough. If we don't finish — we continue free the next day. This is rare (5-7% of cases), usually with very complex use-cases.
